How do I know what my property is worth? 

We would be happy to come and visit you at your property so we can conduct a free market appraisal.  This will involve looking around your property to assess its size, location, condition and aspect of the property.  Ultimately these factors combined with simple supply-and-demand will affect the market value.  Contact us today to arrange your free property valuation.

What costs will I incur when selling with BeeMyHome?

Our fees are low and we intend to keep them that way.  We charge a one-off sales fee of £995 to sell your home through our standard sales package.  This includes the erection of a board at your property if required, photographs and measuring of rooms as well as listing your property on Zoopla, OnTheMarket and Prime Location.  Of course, we will also advertise your property through own website as well as through our popular social media channels on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram.  You can opt to increase the market presence of your home by adding on Premium Listings or increasing our advertising if you prefer.  The costs for these are varied and can be discussed with us at any time throughout your sales process.  Other costs you should consider include solicitor fees, surveys and conveyancing.  These costs vary depending upon which third party firms you choose to work with.  It is also a legal requirement for every property to have an Energy Performance Certificate in order for any agent to market your property.  We can check to see if your property already has a valid EPC.  If not, we can organise one for £75.

How long will it take to sell my home?

Some properties sell very quickly, whilst others take more time but you can be assured of our focused efforts at all times.  If you are looking for a quick sale you should carefully consider your marketing strategy, your asking price and the condition of your property.  We want to promote your property at its best so ensuring rooms are tidy for photographs and gardens are maintained will all help make your property more desirable.  We are happy to discuss with you our suggestions or minor modifications you could make that would assist us make a quicker sale.  We also have a dedicated maintenance team that can help with any of the smaller repairs and alterations you may wish to make.

Should I find a house to move to first?

We would always advise promoting your property first to avoid disappointment.  Once you have a realistic idea of what your property is likely to sell for, you can start looking for your next home.

What happens when someone wants to view my home?

We will contact you to let you know that there is interest in your home.  You can then opt to either conduct the viewing yourself or alternatively we are more than happy to do this on your behalf.  If you have left us with keys we will always let you know when we have conducted viewings at your home and any feedback we receive will be recorded for discussion.
